**An Agricultural Company based in Bracknell is seeking a HR Project Manager to join their team on a contract basis for 4 months initially. (Fully remote)**

**Role purpose**
- Support and deliver critical projects, change initiatives across EAME region
- Partner with key stakeholders across the EAME region and on global/regional and country-based projects
- Works closely with all global solutions and systems teams, regional and local HR teams and vendors to ensure effective and efficient delivery of projects and services
- Enable consistent tracking and reporting of projects benefits, costs

**Accountabilities**
- Project manage Payroll RFP/RFIs processes on an EAME regional level through to vendor implementation
- Translate conceptual ideas and requirements into clearly defined projects and end-to-end solutions
- Support the coordination and definition of changes in HR solutions and provide direction to the technical and design teams over system changes and enhancements
- Provide business critical HR Process and Solution consultancy to the HR teams in the EAME region
- Identify opportunities for introducing new approaches, continuous improvement and good practices within EAME and potentially worldwide
- Support the resolution of issues, handling the incident as single point of contact for the client and support the coordination, resolution and root cause analysis with internal resources and partners
- Any other activities that ensure successful completion of activities across the team

**Knowledge, experience & capabilities**

**Critical knowledge**
- Subject matter expertise on Payroll and HR Operations systems and processes
- Change Management methodologies
- Business process management, process design methodologies and techniques

**Critical experience**
- Excellent operational or consulting experience in the HR/Payroll domain with a proven track record in actively being a part of implementing Payroll/HR technology and process solutions through to delivery
- Experience working with regional project teams in a matrixed environment
- Strong project management and change management experience and capabilities
- Ability to analyse information to reach an answer or conclusion, challenge status quo, effective problem solving, think end-to-end across data, technology, processes and teams
- High level of effective communication with ability to adapt style and language to the audience
- Project Planning & previous experience working within large project teams.

**Critical technical, professional, and personal capabilities**
- HR experience qualification or 3-5 years substantial experience in HR related roles with appropriate area(s) of expertise (Diploma level)
- Agile/LEAN/Six Sigma/CX Certification
- Project Management Certification
- Proactive customer delivery focus
- Ability to be sensitive to regional and cultural differences while driving change implementation
- Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally in English at all levels of the organization especially with senior members of the HR function, any additional language a plus
- Knowledge of Payroll related systems
- Knowledge of HR Systems - Workday knowledge desirable
- Strong project management and change management experience and capabilities
- High Level of Interpersonal and Communication skills.
- Fluent in English
- Analytical and creative skills to deal with problems and opportunities
- Detailed Operational experience in the HR operations domain across processes and systems
- Ability to be sensitive to regional and cultural differences while driving process implementation
- Knowledge of Service levels and key metrics used to drive performance improvement
