An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Rep within the Leicester Plant working within the Process Filtration Team. The purpose of this role is to support our Area Sale’s Managers (ASM’s) with all administrative duties to enable them to focus on their core responsibilities effectively.

Description

The successful Internal Sales Rep will be located at our Thurmaston Plant providing internal sales support for the three Area Sales Managers, Application Engineer, and Territory Manager.

Key responsibilities will be:

- Providing internal sales support for the ASM’s, taking on administrative tasks and preparing technical offers.
- Acting as the link between UK sales and European Technical Support teams.
- Providing pricing files for large key accounts and supporting the ASM’s with the administrative duties of these accounts.
- Ensuring CRM is maintained and updated with accurate and current information.
- Proactively communicating with customers to provide updates on their orders, deliveries, and any promotional offers.
- Have or have the will to learn about our products and their manufacturing processes.
- Have excellent attention to detail and ability to analyse data and interpret it.
- The ability to review sales trends and patterns and be able to pass on leads to ASM’s.

Your Profile:
To be successful in this position you need to be a motivated and organised individual with a passion for supporting sales team and driving business success.

Key Attributes:

- Excellent knowledge and experience of using Microsoft packages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Full clean driving license, to attend customer sites as required and support the sales team.
- Driven to provide a high level of customer service and building strong working relationships.
- Preferably to have previous experience in supporting a sales team and maintaining a CRM system.
