**Director of Outsourcing (Chartered Accountants)

Are you a Manager / Director or similar with experience in outsourcing within a practice environment, who is looking for the status and autonomy that Directorship brings, as well as continuous development and a competitive package, all within a hybrid basedrole?
In this role you will lead from the front, responsible for the operational delivery of outsourcing reporting and compliance. You will be the direct line manager for roughly 25 colleagues initially, whilst upskilling the team to enable a greater productivity.You will work with the VAT team to assure VAT returns are prepared and reviewed.
Due to success and expansion the company are part of the Top 40 UK Accountancy Firm umbrella, making them a highly desirable employer. This role would suit someone with experience in outsourcing within a practice environment, who is looking for the status and autonomy that a senior role brings, as well as continuous development and a competitive package, within a hybrid role.
**The Role**:

- Operational delivery of outsourcing, upskilling current outsourcing team
- Lead payroll team, ensure VAT returns are prepared
- Hybrid role

**The Person**:

- Outsourcing management experience or similar
- 5 + years practice experience
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualifications
