**The role**

As a Concierge / Operation Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

If you possess a keen attention to detail, are highly organised, customer service oriented, and wish to be part of a dedicated team of similar professionals, this position could be the perfect fit.

**Key Responsibilities**

As an Operation Associate, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally;
- Schedule and coordinate cleaning services and linen deliveries, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests;
- Supervise cleaning quality and maintenance interventions throughout our live monitoring system and in-person inspections;
- Contributing to the maintenance of the building by reporting faults or damage to fixtures and fittings;
- Overseeing deliveries and signing for packages when required;
- Building a network of local contacts to ensure high-quality recommendations;
- Dealing with lost property and locating missing items;
- Promote additional services and amenities to guests to enhance their experience and maximise revenue;
- Identify opportunities to upsell rooms, packages, or add-on services to guests during the reservation process;
- Be in charge of Inventory Audits (QA);
- Maintaining a keen eye for detail to guarantee the highest standards of service,
- Visit the properties to conduct inspections, quality checks and/or greet guests, maintaining a keen eye for detail to guarantee the highest standards of service,
- Collaborate harmoniously with internal teams by raising areas for improvement to maximise our hosts’ success,
- Take on additional administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence, displaying flexibility and a can-do attitude toward diverse tasks.

When required, you must be comfortable travelling to London.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English; other languages would be an advantage;
- Ideally located in Orpington or nearby;
- Detail-oriented, with a solid commitment to delivering high-quality service;
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to “get the job done”;
- Willing to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, although most of the time shifts will be from 10 am to 6 pm;
- Previous experience in hotel reception, holiday homes, or the travel and tourism industry.

**Nice to have**
- Experience with Asana, Slack and GSuite;
