Data Analysis Lead

**Job Overview**
This role has responsibility for managing elements of the Pharmaceutical Quality System, including Quality Events, Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPAs), Change Controls, Risk Assessments, and Data Trending & Analysis.
**Key Roles/Responsibilities**
Manage and develop a team/individual, using tools such as, coaching, mentoring, and formal training
Manage and develop the following elements of the Pharmaceutical Quality System:
- Quality Events
- Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPAs)
- Change Controls
- Risk Assessments
- Data Trending & Analysis, including;
Quality-indicating metrics
Customer Complaints
Quality Events
- Ensure there are no overdue Quality System records that are attributable to your name
- Support, as required, activities that relate to client audits and regulatory inspections.
- Keep abreast of and maintain systems in line with changing regulations and industry expectations.
- Constructively challenge deficiencies and inefficiencies.
- Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within Quality.
