**Overview**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Supervisor for our growing fashion logistics business here in the UK. This position requires an experienced supervisor with the motivation and energy to deliver operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Supervising and coordinate the team in picking and preparing cross dock orders for the morning deliveries
- Supervise and coordinate the team in the offloading of inbound linehaul trailers
- Prepare all the necessary paperwork and manage internal systems accordingly
- Plan and coordinate the loading of the distribution vehicles and ensure they leave on time
- Communicate with traffic department in case of overspill or changing in the loading plans are required
- Manage and motivate a team of warehouse employees to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations
- Maintain excellent Health & Safety standards
- Supporting warehouse management with continuous improvement
- Encouraging a culture of teamwork to ensure set productivity targets are met
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness across the Warehouse

**Qualifications**
- Experience in managing small teams and organizing duties and shifts
- Good Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Good Team working skills
- Basic IT Skills
- Attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Flexible with hours / shifts Schedule depends on volume of sales
