hedgehog lab is a global technology consultancy and we are on a growth trajectory. We are looking for a **Marketing Assistant/Advisor **who can help us deliver great products & digital solutions to our customers across the globe.

While we have always been about premium digital experiences, to deliver the ambitious product roadmaps of our current customers (who consist of some of the biggest FTSE 100 & Fortune 500 companies) we need to take our skills & the team to the next level to deliver a world-class service. **Preferred locations: Newcastle or York**

**Salary: Up to £25k**

**The Opportunity**
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to understand the business's strategic goals and develop content calendar for social media and blog.
- Plan and produce content (audio, visual and text based) for various marketing activities
- Collaborate internally with people that can contribute to content production
- Ensure that our online profiles are running properly to promote our work and up to date with our latest projects (Clutch, Prolific North etc.)
- Assist coordinating events hosted and sponsored by hedgehog lab
- Assist in maintaining good SEO for the hedgehog lab website

**About You**
- Have a passion for Marketing
- Good writing skills
- Basic knowledge in creating visuals, for example for social media. Canva experience would be advantageous.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment
- Knowledge of SEO will be an advantage
- Ability to think creatively
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions

**Interview Structure**

**1-** Intro Call (30 min Google Meet) with Holly, Talent Acquisition Advisor
**2- **Take home creative task (nothing too intense)
**3- **Present creative task + interview (30 min Google Meet) with Antonia, Marketing Manager
