**Duties, Responsibilities & Key Skills**:

- Ensuring you go the extra mile & give impeccable service to all patrons**
**- Hard working & efficient****:

- Have great interpersonal skills**

**- Show real passion for the industry & an interest in the food we serve**
**- Have the ability to self-manage at busy times & be proactive in approach**
**- Most importantly, be a happy go-lucky character whose glass is half full**
