**In this role, you will**:

- Drive People processes, tools, programs, practices, people strategies and solutions within the UK in close cooperation with line management and people team
- Facilitate execution of organizational change initiatives and programs
- Coach & mentor our leaders
- Lead and manage complex cases
- Influence the talent experience in Ericsson UK through pioneering innovative ways of working, digital solutions and analytics
- Influence diversity best practices & inclusion programs
- Manage pay and recognition related matters

**Skills, knowledge and experience to make you successful**:

- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in Human Resources preferably in a large global matrix organization
- Strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge of UK employment Law.
- Experienced in managing HR (People) projects, including defining scope, driving execution, and managing competing priorities
- Good understanding of local industry and trends to enable driving of change programs that position Ericsson in the local market as an attractive employer
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and People systems such as SAP or Work Day.
- Eager to take on accountability, new opportunities and challenges with high energy and enthusiasm
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and/or related field, including CIPD membership
