**Part time: 16 hours per week term-time plus 6 days during school holidays.**

**Salary: £8,084 per annum (£9,060 FTE)**

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Cleaning Assistant.

The Cleaning Assistant will be based at the school delivering excellence in all aspects of cleaning in a non-domestic environment.

Your core responsibilities will be:

- Ensuring the school is kept at a high level of cleanliness
- Cleaning the boot room
- Dusting and vacuuming
- Floor cleaning including operation of pedestrian scrubber
- Providing a cleaning service to staff and pupil toilets including sanitary cleaning.

Ideally you will have experience of providing cleaning services within a non-domestic environment and will have a basic understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act.

You should also have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and members of staff.
