Are you looking for a temporary assignment in an academic setting? Do you excel at providing exceptional administrative support to a busy team? We at Signature are recruiting for a Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Officer for our client, a top London university. This assignment has an immediate start and will run for 2 months. Due to the nature of the role, your presence will be required on campus daily.

As TEL Officer, your role will support the Exams team within the Faculty of Science during the busy exams period. Your day-to-day duties will involve scanning exam documents and uploading them to the marking platform. Additionally, you be providing general administrative support to the team as required. You will liaise mainly with academic and staff members, contributing to the success of examination processes.

**TEL Officer Key Responsibilities**:

- Scan and upload exam documents to digital platforms for marking.
- Provide timely administrative support for the exams and associated boards.
- Liaise effectively with academic staff and administrative personnel.
- Handle ad-hoc duties related to exam preparation and execution.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in managing exam-related documentation.
- Offer general support to enhance the efficiency of the exams team.

- Strong organisational and communication abilities.

Pay: From £18.00 per hour
