Resourcing Partner

Overview and Responsibilities:
**Resourcing Partner (Hybrid)**

**Location**:Home based (with a couple of days per week on-site in Meldreth, Nr Royston)

**Salary**:£28-£32K dependent upon experience

**Hours**:Monday to Friday

The Aurora Group is an innovative provider of education and care for children, young people and adults with special educational needs and disabilities.

Working as part our Central Resourcing team; we’re currently looking for an experienced **Resourcing Partner / Recruiter **(home based with c.2 days a week on-site at one of our services in Meldreth, Nr Royston) on a 9m FTC.

**The Role**:
We currently have a large number of vacancies that we’re looking to fill across our education and care services.

Your role will also involve supporting our Meldreth sites with face to face interviews when required.

This would be a great role for an experienced care recruiter (either agency or in-house) to work with a great deal of autonomy.

Skills and Qualifications:
**Experience**:

- Recruitment experience (either in-house or agency) - preference for those with care sector experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent relationship management skills across a range of stakeholders at varying levels both internal and external
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-starting / highly motivated mindset
- The ability to bring continuous improvements / new ideas to the table
- The ability to travel to Meldreth on a weekly basis
