The Successful Compliance Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Managing staff holidays, absence, and performance
- Compiling reports
- New process suggestions and implementation
- Providing training to the operational business
- Point of escalation for complex issues
- Allocating out tasks to team
- Monitoring workload
- Point of escalation
- Providing reports and regular updates to team director
- Obtaining references from Clients/HR departments and third-party providers
- Completing qualification checks via websites and issuing institutes
- Using an external provider to complete ID and right to work checks
**Profile**
The successful Compliance Manager will have the following skills/qualities:
- Experience managing a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Process-driven with a keen eye for detail
- Good time management and organisational skills
- IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Polite and persuasive telephone manner
- Able to use own initiative
- Good understanding of the recruitment process and immigration/right to work rules
