Express Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a well-established Local Authority who are recruiting a Temporary Funding Administrator for their Adult Care department to process all relevant administration for providing funding grants.

This role is office-based only with no opportunity to work remotely or on a hybrid basis, therefore you must be able to commit to the commute each day. There is free, on-site accessible parking and has strong public transport links.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Process relevant data onto the bespoke CRM system
- Liaise with vulnerable customers and other organisations
- Carry out general admin tasks including scanning, filing and photocopying
- Deal with customer enquires via telephone and arrange diaries

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Good level of customer service
- Previous experience in an administration role essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in various IT systems
