Our Graduate Scheme is for high-flyers. We place trust in our Campaign Mangers to train and deliver our on-site campaigns. You will work hard but enjoy a real sense of achievement, every day. You will learn to be expert in regular giving, the bed-rock of educational fundraising.

**Who are Shared Vision?**

We are an expert consultancy and tech firm with the most powerful AI driven data analytics in educational philanthropy. As well as campaign planning, we also help run successful regular giving programmes at our client institutions. We implement powerful tools to create a true and sustainable culture of giving. We are ambitious and are looking for a Campaign Manager to form a vital cog in our organisation remotely and onsite running fundraising campaigns. We have raised more than £180m for education around the world. Would you like to manage campaigns, add to that and maybe take use £200m raised?

**The Role**

Being a campaign manager is a huge opportunity to step into the world of educational philanthropy. This is why we can proudly say that our former participants gain approximately 3-5 years advancement on their peers in the roles they now hold.

Or you may be working on one of our Giving Day digital fundraising programmes, designing and delivering a complex communications stream with the client to drive spectacular online gifts.

You will go from campaign to campaign (2-6 weeks). Some are delivered online, but most are all over the UK and sometimes elsewhere in the world. When you are not on campaign, you will help prepare for future ones, learning all aspects of alumni and parental fundraising for schools and universities. Either you work on-site or from home with occasional team bonding, strategy meetings at our offices in Wales.

We will train you in all aspects of the role. We need you to be passionate. We need you to be enlivening. We need you to care. And we need you to be careful with detail, literate, and good at helping clients through the many preparatory phases that make a good campaign. So some of your job will be cheer-leader, some thought-leader, some confidante and some old-fashioned punctilious and timely administrator.

More than 50 of our former staff and consultants are in roles across the world delivering educational philanthropy at Director level: this includes Oxford and Cambridge universities, Birmingham uni, Cardiff, Group of 8 unis in Australia and in Hong Kong. We are also in a stable economic sector. Times are not easy, but education carries on and the need for our fundraising services has never been greater.

This role allows you to work from home and to travel. It lets you see many different places and educational institutions. You will get great variety and you will be challenged. We also have a buy back holiday scheme, so if we do need you to travel abroad, you may be able to add into this travel an extended holiday.

**Campaign Manager - Graduate Training Contract**

This is a full-time position for 15 months, including 30 working days (6 weeks) of annual leave per year with the option to buy an additional 20 working days (4 weeks) of annual leave per year.
