**What we’re looking for**

Someone To provide high level Service Delivery Support against defined procedures, with autonomy over workload to meet business needs. Undertakes a wide range of complex administrative activities and resolves complex queries. May include delegation and monitoring of other’s work.

**The role**

Working closely with the UKI Sales, Service Delivery and Service Delivery Support teams. Main duties will involve but are not limited to those detailed below:

- Preparation and issue of quotes ensuring contractual obligations are met in line with our Group Management Systems.
- Liaising with clients/colleagues in relation to investigation and resolution of invoice queries.
- Responsibility for management of small projects ensuring that costs are monitored and invoices issues in a timely manner as per contract.
- Assisting with the control of debt by liaising with clients who have overdue invoices on account.
- Working alongside a Shared Service Centre team to ensure any task requested are actioned within the agreed timeframes.
- Sharing suggestions with colleagues on an process improvements to support our drive for continuous improvements.
- Populating an Electronic Workbook and Surveyor Calendars with allocated jobs using Microsoft Outlook

**What you bring**
- Previous experience of SAP ByD would be preferable
- Good cooperation and communication skills
- Meticulous organisation skills with the ability to adapt, multi-task under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
- Ability to work with professional business systems
- Commercial awareness and good customer focus
