E.ON Drive is the E-mobility business of E.ON and has a presence across Europe as one of the biggest e-mobility suppliers. We install both residential and workplace charging across the UK and work with a range of partners to deliver solutions into their businesses.
**Here's what you'll be doing**
You will support the creation of bid responses on behalf of E.ON Drive and support the Bid Manager in identifying and managing E.ON Drive Tenders.
As more opportunities arise to participate in tenders for EV Charging activity this role will support the Bid Manager in co-ordinating responses, writing the tender submission and creating a tender library to develop best practice. Ensuring timelines for submission of tenders are met and processes are robust and adhered to.
As part of the role you will also provide tender reporting and senior stakeholder reviews to monitor all relevant tenders and manage any issues and performance to target opportunities.
Excellent communication skills are a must. You will liaise with several relevant operational functional areas to achieve business objectives, while seeking support and collating information from teams including Legal, Finance and EON Drive specialists. You will support the Bid Manager in developing close working relationships with different business areas to develop and manage a framework to identify customer led tender opportunities.
**What we need from you**:
- Experience and successful track record of working with tenders or bid management.
- Effective communication skills both verbal & particularly written; ability to build rapport and empathy with key customers.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Innovative/entrepreneurial spirit - curious about new technologies, practices and thinking and seeking opportunities to harness for competitive advantage.
- Pro-active ability to establish and retain new relationships across the business.
- A flexible multi-tasker, able to cope with constantly changing priorities and environment and the ability to manage and resolve conflict.
- Customer solution and market focused.
- Solid planning and organisational ability.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable ability to deliver within challenging timescales.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
**It would be great if you have**
- Strong industry expertise.
- Knowledge and experience of EV charging solutions.
- University Degree or degree calibre.
