**PURPOSE OF ROLE**

Overall management of publicity campaigns for graphic novels, manga & books for Titan Comics in the U.S, U.K, & ROW.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We’re looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic individual to join our Titan Comics team.

**Overview**
- Develop and implement innovative publicity campaigns for graphic novels, manga and books in the U.S, U.K & ROW.
- Forge strong media relationships across the areas of print, broadcast and the digital particularly with outlets where there's a clear conversion into sales.
- Act as the first point of call for journalists and handle routine press enquiries.
- Maintain and build a media contacts database within Trade and Consumer press.
- Seek out new avenues and platforms (physical and digital) to expand the campaign reach.
- Manage author relations and securing interviews and tip-in sheet signings.
- Event planning, including digital options to promote authors (blog tour, Bookstagram tour, virtual event))
- Secure reviews, gather pull quotes and update title sales channels (File Maker, MyHouse, etc.)
- Organise review mailings.
- Manage promotions/publicity on Licensor social media channels.
- Keep sales teams, key reps and sales channels updated with press planning and secured publicity.
- Collaborate with US Publicist on high profile/major titles.
- Support editorial to secure advanced endorsement quotes with media and authors.
- Contribute publicity plans to new title pitches.
- Manage back catalogue press strategy.
- Evaluate and report on campaign success against agreed objectives.
- Contribute publicity plans to new title pitches.
- Work with Publishing Director(s) to develop and coordinate paid marketing campaigns (ie trade & social media advertising).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
