**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate records of all company assets including hoses, fittings, machinery, and tools.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure sufficient stock availability.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the condition and location of assets, identifying any discrepancies and taking appropriate action to resolve them.
- Develop and implement procedures for asset tracking, maintenance, and disposal in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of mobile service units to customer sites for hose and hydraulic system repairs, installations, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with field technicians to optimize routes and ensure timely arrival at customer locations.
- Monitor the performance and efficiency of mobile units, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain communication with customers to provide updates on service appointments and address any issues or concerns.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of company vehicles, ensuring they are in safe and operational condition at all times.
- Schedule regular inspections and servicing for mobile service units and equipment to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks.
- Generate reports on asset utilization, inventory levels, and mobile unit activities, providing insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, invoices, and customer feedback.
- Create and update documentation relating to assets and manage the disposal or decommissioning of obsolete or surplus assets
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards through proper documentation and record-keeping practices.

**Knowledge / Skills / Experience Required**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in asset management, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Knowledge of hose and hydraulic systems is a plus, but not required.
