Project Administrator

Our client is a leading global systems provider of advanced integrated technology in parking management systems. They develop, manufacture, distribute and service equipment and have a tradition of innovation and invention.
Due to expansion they have created a new position for a Project Administrator to work out of their Stockport office.
**THE ROLE**
- You will be working alongside Project Managers and assist in the delivery of the projects.
- Liaise with hauliers, builders and suppliers to obtain quotes.
- Collate and distribute project packs to engineers prior to FAT(factory acceptance testing) and installation.
- Process sales orders.
- Setting up new project folders and ensure that all administration is up to date.
- Stock management / ordering.
- Keep update H&S records including toolbox talks.
- Deal with installation and despatch preparation documentation.
- Transport & logistics coordination.
- Monitor project progression and assist PM with any document control issues or updates.
- Review system order for project invoicing and assist with the production of invoices.
- Collate information for monitoring and review of project costings.
- Maintain an up-to-date library of standard project documentation including H&S certificates and qualifications.
- Liaise with internal and external customer at all levels regarding project specific issues and contribute to a service minded and client-oriented approach focused upon the end-user's satisfaction.
**THE INDIVIDUAL**
- You will be a professional and well organised individual who is able to work autonomously and when required, as part of a team.
- You will be required to work to deadlines, under pressure and use strong organisational skills to ensure you assist the project managers to completed projects in a timely manner.
- This role will require someone who is able to effectively prioritise workloads and adapt to changing demands.
- You will need to be competent with Microsoft and Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point and MS Project would be an advantage.
- You will be required from time to time to learn other bespoke customer systems for data input and document handling.
- Full training will be offered.
