- Hours: Full time 37.5 hours/week
- Location: Hybrid/Norwich.

**Overview**:
We are on the lookout for a super-talented Social Media and PR Executive to join the Brand and Digital Marketing Department at Virgin Wines. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious marketer to join a dynamic team, with opportunities to learn, develop and make a real impact in an iconic and fun business environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Supporting the Brand Manager in the effective delivery of our social media channels, including:

- Planning and creating content for all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube, adhering to brand guidelines and TOV
- Daily checks of all social media channels to monitor and reply to interactions, driving positive brand engagement with our followers and customers
- Working closely with Customer Service to ensure all social media enquiries are being effectively responded to and dealt with
- Managing social advertising campaigns for departments across the business including brand, acquisition, CRM and gifts
- Liaising with key partners to manage social media collaborations including campaigns with wine boards, brand partnerships, and Virgin companies
- Analysing and reporting on social media performance
- Keeping on top of trends and the latest social media updates

Supporting the PR, Purpose and Sustainability Manager in the effective delivery of our outreach efforts, including:

- Responding to media and journalist requests with relevant campaign and product information, including creative assets
- Assisting in the distribution of consumer press releases
- Influencer and brand ambassador campaign planning and management
- Ideation for PR and outreach campaigns
- Researching relevant media opportunities and key industry contacts

**Key Requirements**:

- 1-2+ years social media and/or PR experience
- Exceptional communication and copywriting skills
- Content creation and video editing experience
- Naturally creative and full of ideas
- Working knowledge of marketing best practices
- Highly organised with an ability to analyse and report efficiently
- An eagerness and ability to develop skillsets
- A positive, glass-half-full person
