Being a care coordinator is about more than just rota management. You will be responsible for supporting the Manager with business growth and ensuring we are always delivering the highest possible standard of care.

- Previous care or care coordinator experience
- Someone with good people skills

Main responsibilities as a
- Building relationships with commissioners, professionals, clients and family members
- Rota Management for your packages of care
- Responding efficiently to day to day changes in your care packages
- Providing excellent customer service

This is an office based role with some travel in the local area required.

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
