Position Overview: As an Administrative Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in our showroom by providing outstanding administrative support to our sales team and ensuring seamless operations. You will work closely with our sales professionals and assist in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating installations, and maintaining accurate records. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a high-end showroom and work with an esteemed clientele.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers, providing a warm and professional first point of contact in the showroom.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, sales orders, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure the smooth processing of orders, including tracking and managing deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate customer installations, ensuring that appointments are managed efficiently and in accordance with customer preferences.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom by arranging displays, updating product information, and ensuring inventory levels are adequate.
- Maintain and update customer and order records in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to the sales team to improve performance.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining a tidy office environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, preferably in a high-end retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience working with CRM systems.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- A keen eye for design and an understanding of the luxury market is highly desirable.
- Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings, as required.

We will consider:
Part time 24hours per week 9.30am - 4pm Tuesday to Friday

or

Full time 40 hours per week 8.00am until 4.30pm Monday to Friday
