We are seeking a motivated response repairs surveyor to ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standard via delivery of our responsive repairs service.

**The main duties include**:

- Diagnose building defects and identify suitable cost-effective remedies.
- Undertake property related inspections and produce written reports
- Communicate well with our customers to keep them informed of progress of the repair.
- Produce specifications and procure small building works and mange through to completion

**What we need**

For this role you’ll need to have the following skills and experience;
- HND or HNC in construction or building surveying. And/or relevant experience
- Experience in diagnosing building defects
- Experience of maintenance management and/or construction.
- Knowledge of managing contracts within budgetary constraints management.
- Knowledge and experience of Health and safety legislation and its practical implementation Including CDM regulations
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues and complaints for our customers.
- A basic DBS check will be required for this role.
