**Job Description**:
The London Front of House Assistant is the main point of contact for visitors and contractors. Action any request coming through form the helpdesk. Assist with collating information/data for reports and ad-hoc documentation to ensure that the client/facilities management team receive appropriate information in a timely manner. Update SOP guides with new procedures when relevant. Handle all client queries and supply them with relevant information. Please note in the event of an emergency you may be asked and required to cover our Bristol site for a short amount of time which will be confirmed by the FOHS/ FOHM. Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm from Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £28,424

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to comfortably and confidentially interact with people from all walks of life.
- Drive to improve services, always looking for better ways to acomplish our goals.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
- Experience working in customer service and facilities is desired.
