This exciting and challenging role is full of variety and some of the duties will include:

- Diary management for the CEO and COO.
- Arranging internal and external meetings.
- Taking minutes.
- Arranging team events.
- Answering calls to the office number and relaying messages and getting to know our clients.
- Checking the post and distributing it.
- Other general administrative support.

The role also presents the opportunity to become involved in more in-depth work such as:

- Working with HR and helping to onboard new colleagues.
- Carrying out fee checks across our platforms.
- Helping to draft paperwork and maintaining records and HMRC submissions.
- Maintaining registers.
- Monitoring IT equipment.
- Providing support with other Finance, HR and Compliance functions.

**Benefits**
