**Do you have the laser focus and attention to detail that is required to combine back office activity with community engagement?**

Bring your skills to the table and provide admin and engagement support to ensure the execution of key projects.

**This role is a 12-month fixed term contract.**

**Core Responsibilities**:
- Leading community support across engagement activities for our AFOL communities.- Gather data around community membership and monitor the health of community groups.- Responsible for the effective use of budget.- Build and implement processes to help community engagement activities run smoothly.- Supporting the value of engagement in driving direct and lasting community relationships.- Work as part of a cross-audience engagement team delivering community health and growth.- Work closely with Platform/Community experts.- Build and maintain relationships with online community members.- Support the collection of community content for newsletters.

**Do you have what it takes?**- Proven people engagement, collaborative, and, interpersonal skills.- Passion and knowledge of our communities.- Confidence in finding opportunities to improve.- High level of functional expertise around order management systems, SAP and CRM knowledge ideal.- Proven partner management both internally and externally with strong listening and communication skills.- Confidence and exposure to budget management.- Ability to travel 1-2 times a year.- Exposure to a similar role as well as project work is beneficial.
