You will develop good relationships with the young people and their families to understand their experiences and ensure that their voices are heard and represented.

Keyworkers will be required to work in collaboration with other professionals to ensure that children and young people have access to the right support at the right time, challenging any barriers that may arise.

You will be a consistent and first point of contact for the young people you support and provide emotional support if required.

You will contribute to the continuous development of the Keyworking service by identifying gaps as well as sharing good practice to ensure that the service meets the needs of the children and young people. You will work with Children on the Dynamic Support Register (DSR) and ensure actions are followed up following Care Education and Treatment Reviews (CETR) offering creatively solutions.

This is a unique role that allows you to work creatively and with an emphasis on person-centred approaches to work in collaboration with young people and their families to build on strengths and achieve positive outcomes.
