Receptionist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist for our 4-vet Essex-based small animal practice. This is a part time position for a person who would enjoy working as the first point of contact with our clients and of course their pets.

You will be required to work Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm and every Saturday 8.30am to 4.00pm.

We require someone who already has several years of experience working directly with customers, understands the importance of good customer service to a business and has an excellent telephone manner.

You will need to be able to deal calmly and empathetically with owners in what can sometimes be a very stressful situation for them.

You will be someone who has a relaxed and proactive can-do attitude to your job whilst remaining organised in your approach to your work.

This role does involve the use of a computerised practice management system so you should also be comfortable with the use of computers in your work.

Part-time hours: 33 per week

**Salary**: £16,675.00-£17,068.00 per year

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
