Personal Assistant to Entrepreneur

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced personal assistant who will provide a comprehensive support service, an individual who enjoys a challenge and is proactive in my client’s day to day activities. Having the ability to work unsupervised whilst using your own initiative is essential, as is being able to work to challenging timescales by organising and prioritising your workload accordingly. Being able to be flexible and adapt to change and last-minute demands is essential.

My client is an entrepreneur specialising in the property sectors who has a wealth of knowledge and experience in building new businesses and developing new structures as such you will be working with a fast-paced individual who requires a personal assistant with outstanding organisation skills and who is most importantly forward thinking and proactive in their work approach.

What will being a personal assistant to my client entail?
- Organising meetings, appointments and my client’s diary
- Arranging travel and accommodation as well as occasionally being required to attend meetings to take notes across the U.K
- Administration support
- Working with suppliers, retailers and team members
- Managing social media accounts
- Being able to effectively understand and address needs and problems, and to independently resolve issues efficiently. My client will work with you to coach and support you.
- Organising personal matters including administration, travel, housing and other private matters.
- Ad-hoc support where relevant.
- Occasionally driving my client to meetings

What You’ll have:

- Excellent IT Skills
- Have at least 2 years PA experience, a ‘can do’ attitude
- Ideally have a passion for business development and a desire to learn.

This role offers the following advantages:
Minimum hours required 16 per week. Able to progress to more full time hours further in the year.

**Salary**: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
