We are seeking a mature and reliable Personal Care Assistant to join our team at People Plus Independent Living Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care support to our client in a dignified and respectful manner.
- Assist with everyday cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Support with shopping and errands as needed.
- Work collaboratively with our client to discuss and resolve problems as they arise.
- Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably allocated.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care or support role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
