**About Our Client**:
Our client is a highly reputable telecommunications business with their spectacular new offices in central Bournemouth, a few hundred yards from the coast. The are looking for a Customer Service Administrator with an eye for credit control.
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Processing any card payments
- Escalating Customers accounts forward and processing suspension and cease notices.
**The Successful Applicant**:
In order to be considered for the Customer Service Administrator role, you must:
- Have previously worked in a similar role & be able to demonstrate this
- Excellent organisational skills
- Be able to commute to the Bournemouth office
- Be competent using computer software
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Have superb communication skills
