**What you’ll be doing**:
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing front line customer service to all distributers along with all administrative tasks related to customer service. Ensuring all orders are on the systems, following up orders when necessary and liaising with all departments to process orders effectively.

Our client is a leading global manufacturer of engineering-based products. They are best known for the brands they work with and are highly respected in their industry.

**What we’re looking for**:

- German speaking - able to communicate via written & verbal means.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- IT literate ideally within Microsoft Office programmes.
- Good Communication skills and telephone manner.
- Experience in an engineering company would be advantageous.

**Hours & Benefits**:

- Mon - Thurs 7.30am - 4pm & Fri 7am - 12.45pm.
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holiday

- Early finish Friday
