We are looking for an experienced and successful CRM Manager to join Yell.

**The Role**

We want to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers and we must develop our CRM capabilities to solve customer issues, demonstrate value and help customers through their journey with Yell. We want to use the breadth and depth of our insight todeliver more value to our customers and ensure that they have visibility of that value delivered. We need an expert to take our customer strategy and deliver a great customer experience using CRM capabilities.

Reporting into the Head of Customer strategy at Yell you will be responsible for the success of CRM and will be the single point of contact for the business. Responsible for the continuing to drive adoption, success metrics, status meetings, and managingdeliverables.

**Key Responsibilities**

Manage and oversee the life cycle projects
Configure CRM features and functionality including Best Next Action logic
Work with CX leaders to document business workflows and translate them into CRM configuration
Gather and understand and disseminate clients' requirements
Manage each project schedule
Manage project risks and budget
Maintain project documentation and reporting
Communicate timelines, milestones and responsibilities to all stakeholders
Work collaboratively with all business areas and external stakeholders to deliver projects
Escalate client relationship or commercial issues to business development team
Manage and conduct consultation workshops
Consultatively guide customers in adopting CRM best practices
Create technical and functional design documents

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience of successfully embedding CRM into a business
Experience in either B2B and B2C markets
Preferably have experience of CRM multiple CRM platforms and involved in RFP or led selection process
Ability to influence and make decisions
Able to think creatively and come up with clever solutions
Experience of the full project lifecycle
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in stakeholder management
Self-motivated and passionate
Strong time management skills

This is a home-based opportunity, but there will be travel to our Reading office on occasion
