The Country Manager has responsibility for growing the company, oversees all staff, budgets and operations of the local business unit. The Country Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. DUTIES FOR COUNTRY MANAGER
- Oversee daily operations of the country and/or site. Make sure the local company is compliant with local laws and regulations. - Engage in key or targeted customer activities. - Oversee key hiring and talent development programs. - Evaluate and decideupon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent. - Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees. - Report key results to corporate officers. An individual in a Country Manager role is a generalist who is familiar with all areas ofthe business and can coordinate processes and operations across the organization. A Country Manager usually must speak the languages of finance and accounting, operations, sales, marketing, human resources, research and development, and engineering Evaluateand improve operations and financial performance - Direct the employee assessment process - Prepare regular reports for upper management - Ensure staff follow health and safety regulations - Provide solutions to issues (e.g., profit decline, employee conflicts,loss of business to competitors) Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease - Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting - Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires

SKILLS FOR COUNTRY MANAGER

Long term commitment in software industry - ERP, CRM experience

Business Development Management skills - selling software in the NHS or other public or government organisations

Stakeholder Management

Experience in planning and budgeting

Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)

Strong analytical ability - Excellent communication skills - Outstanding organizational and leadership skills - Problem-solving aptitude - BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
