Appointment Coordinator

CB Electrical and Fire Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Appointment Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating appointments for our electrical and fire safety services.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments for our electrical and fire safety services, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely service delivery.
2. Customer Communication: Interact with clients to confirm appointments, provide necessary information, and address inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
3. Calendar Management: Maintain an organized schedule for field technicians, taking into account travel time and service requirements.
4. Database Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate customer information in the database, ensuring all details are current and accessible for future reference.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the service and administrative teams to ensure seamless coordination of appointments and excellent customer service.
6. Problem Resolution: Handle scheduling conflicts or challenges promptly and effectively, finding suitable solutions to meet both client and company needs.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven Skills in appointment coordination or a related field.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in using scheduling software and databases.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
**Salary**: £15,000.00-£17,000.00 per year
