The Holiday Information andFeedback Team (HIFT) is responsible for the uniquely detailed holiday information that customers receive before they travel. The quality of information provided has a direct impact on the customer experience.

**Holiday Information & Feedback Team Manager - What will I be doing?**
- You will bring fresh ideas to deliver efficiencies and improvements to enhance the customer experience
- You will be fully involved in any projects required to inform the evolution of processes, tools and systems.
- You should be comfortable challenging current processes and systems to ensure that everyone is working in the best way possible and drive a mentality of continuous improvement
- Regular reporting of key insights on customer feedback and NPS scores for Product, Marketing and other key senior management stakeholders
- Meet regularly with team members to review performance and progress on team and individual goals and objectives

**Holiday Information & Feedback Team Manager - What experience do I need?**
- Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer service
- You will be an experienced manager used to working in a pressurized environment
- Excellent communication skills are essential (written and verbal)
- You will be able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of consumer legislation, specifically travel law
- Natural problem solver and able to manage multiple initiatives
