The Club is surrounded and entwined within the Wentworth Estate, one of the most prestigious private estates in the London suburbs where many of the world’s premier golfers have their home.

To be part of the Tennis & Health Reception Team and be the first point of contact to members ensuring first class service is always delivered. To ensure the smooth operation of the Tennis & Health Reception on a shift basis including taking responsibility for the day-to-day bookings, enquiries from members, attend training and team regular recorded meetings.
To consistently ensure an excellent level of service to members through the clubs’ facilities and its activities.

**Key Areas of Activity**
- Create a professional and friendly first impression to ensure all members are greeted in an enthusiastic and courteous manner.
- Assist all members in problems/enquiries as required. Ensure that all guest problems/enquiries are resolved and followed up to ensure a positive outcome.
- Ensure a high level of service is provided at all times in accordance with the Club Standard Operating Procedures and Training Manual.
- Endeavour to surprise members with “memorable moments”
- Liaise with the Duty Manager regarding any special needs for members.
- Monitor the facility presentation liaising with support services; Housekeeping and Facilities, ensuring corrective action is taken where necessary.
- Ensure operational systems and procedures are created and delivered in line with company standards resulting in the provision of service excellence to all members and guests.
- Executes additional ad-hoc tasks to meet the business objectives of the department as directed by the Front of House Supervisor or Tennis & Health Club Manager

**Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role.
- Must be able to demonstrate strong organisational & planning skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, verbally & written.
- Must be proficient in Excel & Word.
- Experienced working on Leisure or Hospitality booking systems such as Gladstone, Legend or JAM.
- Have strong customer service skills, previous experience in a 5 Star environment is desirable.

- Be able to work early and late shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent decision making.
- Be able to effectively always position self as approachable to members.
- Must be able to react & respond to members quickly and take decisive action in a fast-paced environment.
- Remain calm at all times in the face of challenging unforeseen scenarios.
