**Job Purpose**

The Mobile Device and Contract Administrator is a key role within our enterprise environment, focused on overseeing the seamless management of mobile phones and related contracts for Delt and our customers.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with good organisation, effective communication, technical awareness, and supplier relations.

The Mobile Device and Contract Administrator will be responsible for the optimisation of mobile resources, cost-effectiveness, data accuracy, and customer service reporting.

**Key Competencies and Output**

**Mobile Device Coordination**:
Coordinate the procurement and distribution of mobile devices for Delt and its customers.

**Contracts Oversight**:
Assist in the negotiation and management of device, SIM and data contracts with suppliers and mobile service providers.

Keep track of contract expiration dates and assist with renewals and renegotiations.

**Cost and Spend Tracking**:
Monitor and report on mobile expenses, identifying areas for potential cost savings.

Implement cost-control measures and adjustments to devices and mobile plans based on usage patterns.

**Policy Support**:
Assist in educating employees and customers on mobile policies and procedures.

**Supplier Relations**:
Build and maintain positive relationships with mobile device suppliers and SIM service providers.

Address basic issues and coordinate with suppliers for resolution.

**Reporting**:
Generating regular reports on mobile usage, expenses and performance metrics for management and customer review.

Provide data analysis efforts to identify trends and potential improvements to service.

Ensure supplier, management toolsets and CMDB data remain continually aligned.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in administrative roles or basic knowledge of mobile technologies.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of contract management and supplier relations.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office, Strong communication and numeracy.
- GCSE or above in Math and English.
- Full Clean UK Driving License.
