As a fast-growing Employee Experience Platform, our client combines culture, engagement, and performance with skills development, into one easy-to-use software tool. By connecting management to the workforce, they increase communications, performance and somuch more. To meet expectations, they have an immediate hybrid/remote opening for an Account Executive.
As an Account Executive, you will:

- Focus on a variety of markets
- Identify, map, and approach prospects
- Run discovery calls with inbound and self-generated prospects
- Question, understand, and establish prospect pain points
- Guide prospects through the sales process
- Build and present business case and proposal documents
- Build strong rapport
- Work on HubSpot
- Collaborate with colleagues to help refine the sales playbook
- Continue personal development and learning
The ideal, degree educated Account Executive, will:

- Possess a recent degree
- Have 12+ months previous B2B outbound sales experience (SDR, BDE, BDM, etc.)
- Be consultative, tenacious, and professional in approach, have high levels of motivation and first-class communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrate previous experience in SaaS/technology sales
- Have a proven record of sales success
- Be hungry, committed, accountable, and looking for an excellent opportunity to build a solid career in a company where the career potential is truly unlimited
- Demonstrate ambition, drive, and a portfolio of interests outside of work
- Work well under pressure, be team-oriented and demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Be inquisitive, a natural relationship builder, and able to work independently and with attention to detail
- HubSpot proficiency would be advantageous
The successful Account Executive can expect:

- A starting base salary of 40k
- A first-year achievable OTE of 80k
