We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual who is able to work alongside a management structure at our multi-site care home, Arran View. Overlooking the fantastic sights of the Isle of Arran, we cater for a varying of ages and diagnoses from 25 to elderly, from those with learning disability to mental health, to dementia and old-age related disease.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team and oversee clinical operations across multiple sites within our nursing home network. As the Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement among our clinical staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident.
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' health status and coordinate appropriate interventions as needed.
- Serve as a resource for staff regarding clinical policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Foster a supportive and empowering environment that promotes professional growth and development among clinical team members.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits, incident investigations, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between nursing staff, residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate effective communication and resolution of issues.

**Salary**: From £22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
