- Due to growth, our client a London based brokers and market maker is seeking a Compliance & Legal Administrator to join them. _

Our client is a London based brokers with global presence in the market, which has been established for 50 years. Due to expansion plans and growth, the compliance team are seeking a Compliance & Legal Administrator to join their growing team. In this fullyremote role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the firm maintains compliance with the overriding policy governing such policies and procedures.

**As Compliance & Legal Administrator, your responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring the firm maintains full compliance with the company's overriding Policy and Procedures Policy.
- Introduction and management of effective document management system and process.
- High quality administrative support for the approval and record keeping of policies and procedures.
- Maintaining interaction with all departments across the firm as required to coordinate the above.
- Corporate secretarial tasks including the arranging and taking of minutes at various company committee meetings.
- Other ad-hoc secretarial and administrative tasks as required by senior management.

**As a Compliance & Legal Administrator, you will**:

- A minimum of 3-5 years previous experience
- Some previous experience and knowledge of financial markets within a regulatory environment
- Communication skills should be strong.
- Excellent organisational and record keeping skills are required for this role and the ability to deliver to deadlines.
- Ability to be flexible and to provide assistance for ad-hoc requests from Senior Management as required.
