As part of Caring Personal Assistant ethos we believes that’s important to match the correct care assistant to the correct service user to optimise the relationships formed and ensure consistency.

**Our promise**

Caring Personal Assistant invest heavily in our care team through progressive learning and development. We offer a free comprehensive training programme, which includes a paid induction and experience shadowing more senior colleagues for a hands on experience.

**Due to expansion we currently have a position for blocked (3 x 12 hours shifts) this includes waking nights and day shifts alternate weeks, with a Single Service User for 36 hours per week in the Sheffield area.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- To assist in the provision of care and work as part of a team to achieve required standards.
- To ensure our Service Users retain their dignity and individuality.
- Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting our Service User with personal care, medication administration and all other aspects of daily living.
- Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of our Service Users
- Assist our Service Users with getting out and about promoting their independence
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Encourage Service Users to participate in social and recreational activities.

**Pay & Benefits**
- Your basic rate of pay is £13.80 an hour
- Enhanced rate for non-moved bank holidays is £20.70 an hour
- Contracted weekly hours of your choice
- Joining bonus scheme £ 250 (terms and conditions apply)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £13.80-£20.70 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
