Caring Personal Assistants have an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our organisation. We seek dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants to join our team and positively impact our clients' lives.

Caring Personal Assistant are proud to provide the highest quality, support and care services. We deliver care packages that are tailored to the needs of each of our Service Users to achieve their optimum state of health and well-being and encourage independence within their home environment.

As part of Caring Personal Assistant ethos we believes that’s important to match the correct care assistant to the correct service user to optimise the relationships formed and ensure consistency.

**We currently have a position for 3x night shifts of 13 hours blocked between 9.30pm to 10.30am per week with a Single Service User, overtime also available if wanted.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- To assist in the provision of care and work as part of a team to achieve required standards.
- To ensure our Service Users retain their dignity and individuality.
- Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting our Service User with personal care, medication administration and all other aspects of daily living.
- Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of our Service Users
- Assist our Service Users with getting out and about promoting their independence
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Encourage Service Users to participate in social and recreational activities.

**Pay & Benefits**
- Your basic rate of pay is **£12.75 an hour**:

- Enhanced rate for non-moved bank holidays is **£19.13 an hour**:

- Contracted weekly hours of 39 per week
- Joining bonus scheme £ 250 (terms and conditions apply)

- Fixed address - no travelling between client to client

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £12.75-£19.13 per hour
