**Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Sutton In Craven, Yorkshire**

**Permanent Role with Leading Care Provider**

We are a reputable care service provider operating 13 care homes across Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, and the North East. Specializing in diverse care and support services, we prioritize personalized care to enhance the lives of our residents, particularly those with dementia.

**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, update, and evaluate individualized Care Plans using our electronic system.
- Administer prescribed medication and manage medical interventions following company protocols and NMC guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure efficient home management and compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate care staff performance, offering necessary supervision and training.
- Assist in recruiting and training new team members.
- Assume responsibility for home operations in the absence of the Home Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Valid NMC registration
- RGN/RMN qualification
- Extensive experience working with individuals with dementia
- Proficient understanding of MCA, DoLs, Safeguarding, and whistleblowing procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with IT proficiency
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills in a similar role
