S&L Personnel are recruiting for a Administrator to join a close-knit, friendly team based in Desford, LE9

**Job Type**: Full Time - Permanent

**Working Hours**: Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 17:00 / Friday 09:00 - 16:00

**Wage - £10.50 - £12.00 per hour** (dependent on experience)

About the Role

**As a Administrator, your day-to-day duties will include**:

- Raising quotations, sales orders and invoices.
- Communicating with our network of suppliers and couriers.
- Offering support to management when required.
- You will report directly to the Sales Director and Office Manager.
- Demonstrable customer service skills.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Computer literate in using Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- The ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- Previous experience in a construction background would be desirable but not essential.
- Full UK Driving License
- The systems you will use to carry out the above duties, are Google Mail, Microsoft Office and our in-house system (Bboss). Full training will be provided.
- To be successful in this role you will likely be in a similar position or have relevant transferable experience.
- You will be comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst still maintaining a professional and approachable manner.
- You will enjoy working as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.
- Continual training and personal development will be offered to ensure you progress.

**Probation Period**: 3 months

**Holiday**:25 days (4 days used for Christmas) + your birthday off on us
