- YOUR ROLEOur Operation in Desford is looking for a Night Transport Clerk where you will ensure that the transport operation and office is effectively and efficiently managed to meet and exceed the expectations of the customer and CEVA.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Reporting into the Transport Supervisor you will provide administration support to the team in relation to communicating information to drivers, reporting information through daily briefings, monitoring the completion of documentation, ensuring it’s done so in line with company procedures and downloading driver digi cards. You will deal with any calls coming into the office and ensuring SLA’s are achieved. You will update Transet and Microlise on dispatch of drivers and record and monitor drivers shift times in line with the CPR. As a part of your role you will liaise with sub-contractors and couriers along with the transport team. You will be the first point of contact for drivers on shift and debrief the returning drivers after their shift.The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday 22:00-06:30.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?-
