Assisting the marketing team in the management, organisation and delivery of all social media activities.

**Key Duties and responsibilities**:

- Create content (incl. Creative designs and captions) relevant to 80scc and company objectives; create lifestyle posts along with brand/product posts to give a consistent look to our on-line feeds
- Optimize our brand pages; magnify our Social Media business pages for better SEO and visibility.
- Scheduling of all campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, twitter, Tiktok and managing workload - design and publish content pages according to the best time of the day.

- Instagram and Facebook experts, manage and maintain cohesive aesthetics.

- Assisting with the production of artwork, imagery and photography and launching of new products lines to site.
- Photo editing using Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop Elements and Picasa.
- Assisting marketing team in creation of banners and customer mailshots to enhance sales and drive customers to site.
- Engaging with customers through the use of social media and responding to customers’ online queries and requests.
- Keeping up to date with advances in social media technology and the latest social media platforms.
- Developing a content calendar across all platforms ensuring a constant supply of relevant content.
- Assisting in promotional video creations.

Experience required
- Min 2-3 years minimum social media experience in running and scheduling campaigns
- Graduate with previous experience in a similar marketing role an adv but not essential
- Confident and outgoing personality with passion and positivity.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Well organised and self-motivated with flexible attitude.
- Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Creative flair, excellent IT skills including use of Adobe.
- Photography exp an advantage
