P2R are recruiting to their substance misuse team within the assessment team. If you have a passion for supporting people through some of the most tough times of their lives and you are have or would like to work with people affected by substance misuse then this may be the role for you.

We need dynamic, hard working individuals who have a good range of transferable skills to join our team.

Being part of the assessment team is to use all of your interpersonal skills, we are looking for people to join the team and support the service users at the early stages of treatment. You will be required to assess clients needs, complete thorough risk assessments and develop achievable care plans alongside the clients to achieve successful outcomes.

We work with dependent alcohol clients as well as those using opiates so a good knowledge of the models of care needed to work with these clients is necessary for you to be a successful applicant.
