This ‘Third Party Administrator - with a difference’ is the brain child of several insurance veterans with rich pedigrees in utilising state-of-the-art technology to tackle longstanding problems in the claims industry. This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to make a real success of this role (including a top of the range Apple MacBook with additional screens etc), and benefiting from an extremely friendly and supportive team environment.

As this role is 100% home-based, you must be highly motivated and able to work under your own steam, with mínimal supervision (but lots of support), and you’ll be well-organised with excellent task-management skills. As you’d expect from a disruptive Insurtech firm, you should be client service-focused, with a can-do attitude, and pride yourself on your problem-solving skills and innovative approach to delivering excellent client outcomes. As you will be dealing with stakeholders from all walks of life, and dealing with a wide variety of losses, you must have excellent communication and rapport building skills, with the ability to have difficult conversations, whilst demonstrating empathy.
